Return Policies & Instructions

Any unused merchandise* may be returned to FlatwareOutlet for refund or exchange at any time within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery. Please review our complete return policy below.

To make your holiday season shopping easier, we are extending the return period through January 11, 2019 for orders placed from November 1, 2018 through December 20, 2018.

To ensure that we process your return according to your wishes please follow the steps outlined below when returning your merchandise:

1. Please package all products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original package if possible.

2. Include in the package to be returned a copy of your original packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for the return and how you would like it processed (i.e. refund or exchange).

3. Ship your return or exchange prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries -- to the following address:

4. While not required, we recommend that you select a shipping method that offers tracking or confirmation of delivery and that you insure your return. This will provide you with added protection since FlatwareOutlet cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to us.

5. For exchanges, please include $5.95 for shipping. You can pay this using a credit card or by check/money order. Please do not send cash.

* All returns are subject to inspection to ensure that it is unused and in resalable condition. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any used product. Product that has been washed is considered used and is not resalable as new.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt of your return for processing. Please note that shipping charges are only refunded if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during shipment.

If you have a defective item that has been used it will be handled as follows. If it is within 30 days of shipment we will be happy send you a replacement. If it beyond 30 days from shipment it will be handled by the manufacturer under their warranty. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-444-9271
