Any unused merchandise may be returned to FlatwareOutlet for refund or exchange at any time within thirty (30) days after the date of shipment.

To ensure that we process your return according to your wishes please follow the steps outlined below when returning your merchandise:

1. Please package all products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original package if possible.

2. Include in the package to be returned a copy of your original packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for the return and how you would like it processed (i.e. refund or exchange).

3. Ship your return or exchange prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries -- to the following address:

4. While not required, we recommend that you select a shipping method that offers tracking or confirmation of delivery and that you insure your return. This will provide you with added protection since FlatwareOutlet cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to us.

Please allow upto 2 weeks from receipt of your return for processing. Please note that shipping charges are only refunded if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during shipment.
